What if the size doesn't fit?
If the size of the products you ordered is not suitable, you can contact us at trgovina@trees.si or by phone. We will check the availability of the desired size and arrange an exchange of the items for you. We do not charge additional shipping for exchanges! You must notify us of the size exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Can I return the product?
Yes, we allow returns of products within 15 days of receipt. Also
You have 15 days to exchange the item (exchange is

What delivery options are available?
We offer free delivery for orders over €70!
- We ship via GLS d.o.o. courier service. You can have your parcel delivered to your preferred address; delivery to a GLS parcel locker is also available (please contact us to arrange delivery to a parcel locker). Parcels are delivered within 1-2 business days.
- You can also collect your order in person at our branch at Mestni trg 10 in Ljubljana. We usually prepare orders the same day; advance payment is not required.
