GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers in the TREE'S Store are available in the value of EUR 20.00, EUR 50.00, EUR 100.00 or EUR 200.00.

After purchasing a gift certificate, you will receive a unique code to your email address, which you can use for your next purchase. You can redeem the code when you make a purchase through our online store, or you can also redeem it when you make a purchase in our store at Mestne trg 10 in Ljubljana.

The voucher can be redeemed online gradually, so it is not necessary to use the entire value of the voucher in one purchase. The voucher is not limited in time. If the value of the order is greater than the value of the voucher, you will have to pay the difference in value at the end of the purchase.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed together with other promotional codes, and multiple gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in one order. Therefore, a maximum of one voucher can be redeemed for one purchase. Gift vouchers are not redeemable.

If you would like to give a voucher as a gift, please write to our email address and we will send you an envelope with the voucher to your address. When using a voucher for a purchase in a store, please trust the employees with the code so that they can only check its validity.

Payment of the gift voucher is not possible after collection, the amount can only be settled immediately on the payment page with a bank card
